Do you have month to month?

Yes, and without a premium or rent add-on.


What are your Lease terms?

We do not require a lease; in fact, we only offer a month to month tenancy option. You have the flexibility to give notice at any time without a penalty for breaking a Lease. Oh...and we also guaranty that the rental rate will not change for a minimum of 12 months. We are committed without expecting you to be.


What is the move out requirement?

We require a 30 day advance written notice if you decide to move out.


Do you allow pets?

Yes, we love pets! We will allow up to one dog per unit or 2 cats. We do not have size restrictions; however we do have breed restrictions.


Is your pool heated?

Yes, our pools are heated during the Spring, Winter and Fall seasons.


Do you charge for extra parking permits?

No, we do not charge for parking or permits. We can accommodate 1 car per driver in the household.


How many parking spaces do I get?

There is 1 assigned covered parking per apartment and we can accommodate all other drivers with uncovered parking.


Do you have 24 hour maintenance?

Yes, we have technicians available 24 hours for maintenance emergencies.


Do you have onsite security?

We have nightly patrols.


Do you offer recycling?

Yes, we are excited to offer recycling bins located throughout the community.


What amenities does the community offer?

Harbor Village offers many outdoor activities. We have 1 large and 3 mini playgrounds. We offer 2 outdoor fitness stations, a volleyball court and a 1/2 court for basketball. We also have 2 pools that are heated and 2 large spas. There are barbeque grills and picnic areas throughout the property. We also have a large clubhouse for lounging with a fitness center.
