RENTAL PAYMENT HELPFUL HINTS

1. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and must be received by the 5th day of the month in order to avoid a late fee. When mailing your rental payment, make sure the envelope is postmarked (by the post office) one business day prior to the 5th. On-site personnel is not authorized to accept payments.

2. All payments will be processed on the day received. Do not send postdated checks.

3. We will mail a monthly statement to you; however, this is done only as a courtesy and may not represent the amount you owe. If you do not receive your statement, mail your rental payment to VPM Management, Inc., at the address indicated on the Tenancy Agreement.

4. All checks, cashier's checks, or money orders should be made payable to the name of your community. Please write your account number on your check. When obtaining money orders, it is best to purchase them from your bank so that you will have better control over their processing.

5. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED. As an alternative, VPM Management Inc. has contracted with an online rental payment service that can assist you with alternative payment methods. See below for more information.

6. We do not accept personal checks, e-checks or ACH payments after the 10th of the month (your check must be delivered to the post office box on or before the 10th), or if your payment has been returned by your bank (NSF) or if there are more than 3 NSF's on your account. Payments must be in the form of a cashier's check, money order or cash only as indicated below and must include late charge(s) and all other fees due. We do not re-deposit returned checks and will shred unaccepted personal checks.

7. After the 10th of the month, you may personally deliver payments by depositing it in a night drop located at the corporate office of VPM Management, Inc. located at 2400 Main Street, Suite 201, Irvine, CA 92614. Prior to the 10th, rental payments should be mailed as indicated on the Tenancy Agreement to ensure proper application.

8. In the event of a roommate change or name change, please notify your apartment manager. In addition, if you make a decision to vacate your apartment, be sure to give a written 30-day notice to your apartment manager that you are going to move.

Setup an account with ZEGO online or by calling (866) 729-5327 and then call (949) 863-1500 to obtain a cash payment identification number, which must be pre-registered Convenience and/or transaction fees may apply to use these services.
